Richard Winn, M.D., board-certified in Infectious Diseases, Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Winn practices at Texas Tech Physicians outpatient clinics and is affiliated with University Medical Center for inpatient care. He completed medical school at the University of Arizona, an internship and residency at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, and a fellowship at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. Specializing in infectious diseases, Dr. Winn also serves as the Division Chief for Infectious Diseases in the J.T. and Margaret Talkington, Department of Internal Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
