Dr. Tosu has been in practice since 2002. Her office is a 5-doctor private practice in Los Alamitos that includes Dr. Robert Kaplan, Dr. Joel Widelitz, Dr. Sumina Fukami, and Dr. Andrea Kallah. All of the physicians are board-certified pediatricians. The office takes almost all PPO and HMO insurance plans. Dr. Tosu's practice is dedicated to providing the best possible medical care to children of all ages. She is bilingual in English and Japanese. , she is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at University of California, Irvine, and regularly teaches medical students and pediatric residents.
