Dr. Chagnon graduated from the University of Vermont, School of Medicine. He completed a Residency in Internal Medicine at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and a Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, MA. He is the Medical Director of Hartford Physical Medicine on Main Street in Hartford, CT, and the Alternative Medical Institute in West Hartford.
