Dr. Miranda practices general orthopedic surgery with a special interest in sports medicine and total knee replacement at Muir Orthopaedic Specialists (MOS). As president of the group, he's gained the respect of his peers with his selfless commitment to improving patient care. As one of the founders of MOS, he has contributed to successfully gathering a group of orthopedic specialists with a variety of skills in order to provide complete orthopedic services.

Dr. Miranda began practicing orthopedic medicine in 1986. A graduate of Stanford University, Dr. Miranda earned his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and served his internship at Harbor UCLA Medical Center. His ensuing residency in orthopedic surgery at UCSF gave him both the experience and the confidence necessary to deliver superior, cutting-edge treatment.
Dr. Miranda treats his patients and partners like extended family, and they have come to count on his friendly, yet direct approach to treatment.
