Dr. McConnell earned her MD degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, where she also completed her pediatric residency. Dr. McConnell tries to create a very comfortable and fun setting for her patients. As a mother, she feels she is better able to understand the child’s and parents’ concerns and insecurities and what can make the experience of going to the doctor’s office less frightening. She strives to develop a trusting relationship with both her patients and their parents.
