Since 2001 Bergen Family & Geriatric Care has been an established practice serving people of Northern New Jersey. We take pride in delivering Premier Care in a small, personable practice setting through Dr. Surapaneni. He admits patients and follows them through there hospital stay. He is always available to give simple advice or help with making the right choice in complex issues regarding their health. Dr. Surapaneni services include but are not limited to: Annual Physicals, Diabetes Screening and Management, Geriatric Care Visits, Holisitic Care Options, Weight Management Help, High Cholesterol Screening and Treatment, and High Blood Pressure Management. Dr. Surapaneni graduated from M.S.R Medical College, Bangalore University, India in 1988 with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. He then completed three years of Internal Medicine residency at St Josephs Hospital, Paterson, New Jersey. He has been an Emergency Room Physician for 2 years, and now has established a private practice for last 16 years serving Bergen county residents. He is twice certified by American Board of Internal Medicine as an Internist. At his practice, Dr. Surapaneni is devoted to providing the highest quality of care to all his patients both young and old. Whether patients are visiting the office for an annual checkup or they need care for a more serious, persistent condition, Dr. Surapaneni is dedicated to ensuring that the treatment they need is accessible and effective. It is also very important to everyone at the practice that each person receives the unique care they require.
