Dr. Cezayirli is a Birmingham native and obtained his medical degree from the U. of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. He completed his residency in New York City, NY Department of Neurological Surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center. He completed a fellowship in Microneurosurgery and Microsurgical Neuroanatomy with Neurosurgerys Man of the Century, Professor M. Gazi Yasargil and Dr. Ugur Ture at Yeditepe University and Hospital in Istanbul, Turkiye. Following residency, He completed a fellowship in Neurosurgical Oncology at the Worlds #1 Ranked Cancer Center, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Dr. Cezayirli is a neurosurgeon with Haynes Neurosurgical Group.
