Peter Bertin, D.O., FACOS, is fellowship-trained in minimally invasive surgery and endoscopy. He has performed over 500 successful operations and has a special interest in metabolic and bariatric procedures and minimally invasive procedures vein treatments.
Dr. Bertin graduated from Ohio University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a traditional osteopathic internship at Geisinger Medical Center and went on to finish his residency training in General Surgery at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital – Warren Campus. He completed fellowship training in advanced laparoscopy, endoscopy and ultrasound at St. Vincent Hospital and Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Bertin is published in several medical journals and publications.
