Paul T. Freudigman Jr., MD is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon dedicated to providing patients with compassionate and quality care. Dr. Freudigman earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington DC before completing his residency at Pennsylvania State University, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hersey, Pennsylvania. He completed a fellowship in orthopaedic trauma at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Freudigman has extensive training and experience in total hip and total knee replacements as well as revision surgery. His special interests include reconstruction of hip and knee replacements, orthopaedic fractures, infection of bones, deformity and reconstruction of limbs-malunion and nonunion, and complex orthopaedic fractures. Dr. Freudigman is married with two children. He enjoys bowling, golf, and hockey. Dr. Freudigman is very involved in the youth hockey association in the metroplex.
