Brief Intro

Patrick L. Sweeney, D.D.S., M.S. Dr. Sweeney was born in St. Clair, Michigan and raised in a small town west of Port Huron. The fourth oldest of thirteen children, Dr. Sweeney attended St. Clair County Community College and The University of Michigan where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He received his Dental degree in 1980 from The University of Detroit School of Dentistry. Dr. Sweeney then attended The University of Michigan Dental School to complete his post-graduate studies in Periodontics, graduating in 1983 with a Masters Degree. He is very active in all facets of dentistry and has served on various state and local dental boards. He was President of the Detroit District Dental Society in 1995. Dr. Sweeney is currently a member of the sugical staff at Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe and Cottage Hospital.  Dr. Sweeney, his wife Eileen, and daughter Meghan reside in Grosse Pointe Woods.
