Dr. Stoy has been on the LRHC Medical Staff since 2008. Born in, Indiana, Dr. Stoy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame. After three years of study he was accepted to the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis where he received his medical degree. Dr. Stoy interned at St. Paul Ramsey Hospital, St. Paul, Minnesota, and completed his Internal Medicine internship at the University of Minnesota Hospitals in Minneapolis; and obtained a fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine, and Allergy and Clinical Immunology from the University of Minnesota.
