Patricia B. Timmeny, D.M.D. Dr. Timmeny is a native of New England growing up in Massachusetts. She attended University of Vermont, where she received her associates degree in Dental Hygiene and went on to complete her bachelor’s in Health Science from Northeastern University. She practiced dental hygiene for five years before attending Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. Dr. Timmeny served for two years as a general dentist for the Public Health Service Corps of Maryland, before returning to Tufts to complete her postgraduate degree in the specialty of Orthodontics. Upon graduation, she practiced with her father, who was also an Orthodontist, before opening her own practice here in Londonderry in 1986. Professionally, she is affiliated with the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, New Hampshire Women’s Dental Society, American Association of Women Dentists, New Hampshire Association of Orthodontists, as well as the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists. Currently Dr. Timmeny serves on the AAO's Council on Membership, Ethics, and Judicial Concerns and is on the AAO's Board of Directors. Dr. Timmeny has obtained the highest level of orthodontic accomplishment achieving board certification and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Timmeny resides with her husband and two daughters in Londonderry, New Hampshire.
