Dr. Efstratiou received his medical degree from the Athens University School of Medicine, in Athens, Greece. His internal medicine internship and residency was done at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, D.C. and his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship was completed at the Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, IL and at the Washington Adventist Hospital in Takoma Park, MD. Dr. Efstratiou is a fellow in the American College of Cardiology as well as the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention.
