Brief Intro

Pamela Swift, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She specializes in treating insomnia and other sleep disorders in children, adolescents, and adults.  Dr. Swift believes that sleep is one of the most important activities we do on a daily basis and that it is connected to all aspects of health, across the lifespan. She enjoys meeting folks from all backgrounds and helping them getting a better night of rest. Her hope is that every patient feels like they have walked away with new knowledge about their sleep and how it connects to their everyday functioning.  Learn more about the Sleep Program at the UVM Medical Center.
