Dr. Otto W. Slater is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon providing exceptional Dentistry services with almost 25 years of experience to the Maryville community.
In July of 2000, Dr. Slater went into private practice in Maryville where he is Principle Oral Surgeon and Founder at Tennessee Valley Oral Surgery provide full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery services.
Currently serving as an assistant professor in the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Dr. Slater believes protecting patients and who they are while providing the care needed, functionally and cosmetically.
Offering patients the comfort of general anesthesia, facial cosmetics which include Botox, Restylane, and OBAGI (prescription based skin care) Dr. Slater wants to guide every individual through a quality experience with comfort and less pain.
