Omar Cruz, DMD, MMSC Dr. Cruz received a B.S.  (Magna  Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico in Biology. He earned his D.M.D.  at University of Puerto Rico, School of Dentistry (Cum Laude).  Dr. Cruz earned a Master's degree (MMSc) from Harvard University in Oral Biology. Also at Harvard School of Dental Medicine he received three years of training to receive a specialty certificate in prosthodontics. Dr. Cruz received a 3rd place in the 2005 Steven Gordon ACP Essay Competition for his presentation on With a focus on oral rehabilitation and dental implants; Dr. Omar Cruz, has a master's degree and a certificate in prosthodontics at the University of Harvard.
