Dr. Kovich is a board-certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist. She heads the Nail Clinic in the Department of Dermatology at the New York University School of Medicine, where she is a Clinical Assistant Professor. She also enjoys teaching residents at the Manhattan Veterans Hospital, where she is a part-time faculty member. Dr. Kovich graduated from medical school at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She completed her internship and dermatology residency at NYU. She pursued further training with a Dermatopathology fellowship at NYU. Dr. Kovich has a clinical interest in diseases and tumors, which affect the nails. Her other clinical interests include general and cosmetic dermatology, including evaluation and treatment of skin cancer and acne. Dr. Kovich enjoys the integrated, multidisciplinary approach to patient care at Murray Hill Medical Group.
