Nilesh Tannu, MD, is board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has been practicing General Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry since past 7 years at Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

During the residency training he won awards from Society of Biological Psychiatry, American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and American Psychiatric Institute for Research and Education. After graduating residency, he stayed at the Texas medical Center as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry where he worked at UT Physicians Clinics and Memorial Hermann Hospital. He is also on Editorial Board for BMC Genomics- Journal.

Dr. Tannu practices adult general psychiatry and treats wide variety of psychiatric disorders including ADHD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, insomnia, eating disorders along with complex medical co-morbidities.
