Neal Lippman, MD, FACC graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received his medical degree in 1986 from the Cornell University Medical College. He completed training in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Cardiac Electrophysiology at The New York Hospital - Cornell Medical Center in New York City, and was on faculty at Cornell as an electrophysiologist at The New York Hospital before joining the faculty of the University of Connecticut Health Center in 1993. Dr. Lippman is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology. He has conducted research on testing techniques to evaluate syncope and ventricular tachycardia. Dr. Lippman served as Director of Cardiac Pacing for the University of Connecticut Health Center, and has advised area hospitals on quality control for its pacemaker programs. He assisted in the development of the electrophysiology programs in the Greater Hartford Area.
