Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to introduce myself and introduce my practice. At Kaiser Permanente, we pride ourselves in our teamwork and our competent and compassionate care of our patients.
Biography
I was born in Cairo, Egypt. I graduated from the University of Cairo Medical School in 1968. I came to the US in December of 1972. I began with an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Mary's Medical Center in Milwaukee. After a brief time in private practice, I joined Kaiser Permanente in March of 1978. I went into medicine because I have always wanted to help reduce the suffering of my fellow human beings. I believe that our profession is a sacred one not unlike that of the clergy as we care for our patients both physically and spiritually. I love music, languages and travel and I translate spiritual literature. I have a lovely petite dog by the name of Freddie who is a source of joy and unconditional love to the household.
About my practice
It's a privilege to be in the healing profession and to be trusted with your fears and hope. I want to be your partner in health helping you to pursue the best preventive measures to stay healthy. In the unfortunate circumstance that you become ill, I will do my best to help bring you back to a healthy living.
How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is important to me. I belong to a spiritual group in my community, which meets weekly. I love reading history and listening to classical music. My wife and I love to travel to different parts of the world and learn about different cultures.
