Mudit Arora, M.D., believes that “Optimizing your health is perfecting your life’s potential – in happiness and longevity,” and that’s precisely what he aims to help patients achieve. As an Integrative and Functional medicine practitioner at Forever Young Healthcare and BodyLogicMD of Edison, Dr. Arora focuses on correcting the underlying symptoms creating havoc for patients suffering from the effects of menopause, andropause, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal fatigue and other hormonal imbalances by incorporating natural bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, professional-grade supplements, nutrition and fitness regimens and stress-reducing techniques to help improve their overall quality of life.
Upon starting his career, Dr. Arora found himself in the same situation as many of his patients – chronically stressed and overly fatigued. He sought the help of many traditional physicians and found that conventional medicine wasn’t addressing his needs. Instead of taking a pill to mask the symptoms he experienced, Dr. Arora wanted to correct the problem at the source – which is what brought him to the office of an integrative physician and helped him to get well, ultimately, changing his outlook on medicine.
Dr. Mudit Arora received his medical degree at the Windsor University School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Morristown Medical Center, an affiliate of Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, in Morristown, New Jersey. He believes that staying active is the key to staying young, and regularly incorporates healthy habits into his personal lifestyle by working out at the gym, kickboxing and cycling.
