Dr. Gomez completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Then received his medical degree at the University of Michigan Medical School, Ann Arbor, followed by a Internal Medicine Degree at the University of Washington, Seattle. A fellowship in cardiology was completed at University of Utah in Salt Lake City. [Read More] Dr. Gomez specializes in invasive but non-interventional cardiology including right and left heart catheterization, as well as noninvasive cardiology including stress testing and echocardiography. He also has an interest in the treatment of congestive heart failure and preventative cardiology. Outside interest include photography, music, theatre and the arts as well as wine tasting and traveling. He likes sports and follows the Portland Trailblazers and the University of Michigan.
