Dr. Fontenelle-Gilmer is certified in both Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Fontenelle-Gilmer was trained at Johns Hopkins University, Boston Children's Hospital-Harvard Medical School, Sheppard Pratt Hospital, and the University of Maryland.
