Michael Leonard Wolff, M.D., F.A.C.P., is board certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He completed his internship and residency in medicine at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, and a was a clinical fellow at the Harvard Medical School. Dr. Wolff also received his Certificate in Managed Care from the Executive Program of the Bloch School of Management in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Wolff specializes in the practice of acute inpatient and outpatient adult medicine and preventive health care and concentrates on the provision of geriatric health services. He is a clinical associate professor of medicine at Albany Medical College. He has engaged in numerous research projects involving Alzheimer’s Disease, quality initiatives in long term care and health delivery systems for the elderly. He serves as an advisor to many organizations, including the New York State Bureau of Long Term Care. He is a medical director for long term care and rehabilitation and serves as the Director of Geriatric Services for CHA/CCP.
