Dr. McNeel received his bachelors degree from the University of Florida and earned his medical degree from the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami. He completed general surgery training and his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. McNeel is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Medical Association of Georgia and the Cobb County Medical Society. He specializes in minimally invasive and reconstructive surgery.
