Dr. Norgard joined the Lake Region Healthcare Medical Staff in 1998. Originally from Watford City, North Dakota, Dr. Norgard graduated from the University of North Dakota with a B.S. in biology. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Iowa Hospitals. Dr. Norgard is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a Fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Norgard and his wife, Pauline, have four children.
