Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology, Dr. Michael McCleod joined Florida Cancer Specialists in 1998. He values the camaraderie shared among the FCS physicians, nurses and front office staff that creates a welcoming environment for patients to receive care. As targeted treatment therapies are working better and helping patients live longer, he and his team get to know their patients very well. Dr. McCleod received his medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in his hometown of Tulsa, OK. He completed Internal Medicine residency training and a fellowship in Oncology from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey.
