Dr. Henley, professor of orthopaedics and sports medicine, is a specialist in treating traumatic musculoskeletal injuries. He earned a bachelor's degree at the UW and his medical degree from the UW School of Medicine and went to Dallas for internship and residency at the University of Texas Medical Center, Parkland Memorial Hospital. He then spent a year in England as a senior registrar in orthopaedic surgery and a year in Germany at the Technical University of Munich. He is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery.
