Michael A. Schacter, D.M.D., P.C. and staff would like to welcome you to our Yonkers, NY dental practice. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality care by making your experience as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Dr. Schacter graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1975, where he also completed specialty training in periodontics. He began practicing in Westchester County in 1977 and opened his Yonkers practice in 1981. Dr. Schacter has served as a faculty member at Fairleigh Dickenson University dental school at both the undergraduate and post doctoral level. He has also taught dental residents at the Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Schacter has lectured to a number of study clubs and the Greater New York Dental Meeting and has published articles in dental journals. He has attended numerous dental meetings, seminars, and conferences. Dr. Schacter maintains an active membership in many professional associations.
