Dr. Guinto is a general practitioner, who opened a practice in the Family Medical Center after serving 30 years as an emergency department physician at Paris Community Hospital. He operated a private medical practice in Chrisman from 1979 to 1985. Dr. Guinto completed his medical training at the University of the Philippines. He is a fellow with the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
