Dr. Fogle is a fellowship-trained, board certified specialist in the management of vascular disease (diseases of arteries and veins). He graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine in 1979 and performed vascular research at Harvard University. Dr. Fogle trained in general surgery and completed the vascular surgery fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He then practiced and taught vascular surgery in Norfolk, Virginia before joining Prima Care, P.C. in 2007.
Dr. Fogle has published in his field, is a member of numerous national professional organizations, and lectures nationally. His interests also include arterial occlusions and aneurysms, diabetic vascular disease, carotid disease and stroke prevention, and dialysis access. Dr. Fogle is a specialist in endovascular procedures, serving as director of the endovascular services in Fall River. He is interested in the delivery of healthcare and earned a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from the Harvard School of Public Health in 2005. Dr. Fogle is an enthusiastic teacher who believes that patient education is critical to preventing and treating circulatory problems effectively.
