Dr. Kramer is a compassionate and skilled surgeon with greater than 25 years of experience. Staying current with literature, and the newest, most innovative surgical procedures are always a top priority for him. Dr. Kramer has the utmost respect for his colleagues in and outside the field of Orthopaedic Surgery and is always looking forward to learning from others and having others learn from him. Dr. Kramer is a Fellow of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and an active member of the New York State Medical Society and the Westchester County Medical Society. He is also the former team physician for the Pace University Football Team and currently serves as the surgeon for the Mount Vernon Police and Fire Departments.
