Mark Freedman Dr. Freedman earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He then interned at St. Joseph's Hospital in Milwaukee before serving his residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, where he also served an associateship in cornea and external disease. Board certified in ophthalmology, Dr. Freedman provides refractive, eyelid, tear duct,oculoplastic and orbital surgery, as well as treatment of disorders of ocular motility, glaucoma treatment and pediatric ophthalmology services.
