Prior to joining Kaleida Health, Dr. Paroski, an award winning professor of neurology and board certified physician in adult neurology, was the interim vice president for health affairs at the University at Buffalo and the interim dean of the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She is a past president of the University at Buffalo Alumni Association, as well as the University at Buffalo Medical Alumni Association. Prior to joining the University at Buffalo medical school's administration in May 2001 as director of admissions, Dr. Paroski served as medical director of the Erie County Medical Center for five years and as clinical director of neurology at the medical center for four years.
