Marc Kornmesser, M.D. joined OPA in 2005. After graduating from the Air Force Academy and serving over 12 years in the United States Air Force, as a C-130 Navigator, Dr. Kornmesser attended medical school at the University of Colorado - graduating in 1999. He completed residency at Grand Rapids Orthopedic Surgery in 2004 and continued with a hand and upper-extremity fellowship at the Curtis National Hand Center in Baltimore until 2005. His special interests include: hand and wrist, upper-extremity and general orthopedics. Dr. Kornmesser is a member of the American College of Surgeons and International College of Surgeons. He is affiliated with Providence Alaska Medical Center, Alaska Regional Hospital, Alaska Surgery Center and Providence Seward.
