He was on the Medical Staff in the Department of Surgery at Nashville General Hospital at Meharry. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedics. Dr. Tressler's professional activities include membership in the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, American Medical Political Action Committee, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery.
