Dr. Sengupta is the Laboratory Medical Director and Chairman of Pathology at Garden City Hospital. Her role is to oversee all aspects of the hospital lab, which includes specialized areas like Chemistry, Blood Bank, Microbiology, Hematology and Histology. Dr. Sengupta is involved with problem solving, responding to the laboratory needs of patients and clinical colleagues, and tissue diagnosis on specimens sent to Pathology from outpatient and inpatient surgeries.
