Dr. Lisa Parker is from Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She graduated with honors from Southeast Missouri State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor. Dr. Parker obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1983. After one year of general practice in St. Louis, Missouri, she then completed a two-year residency in Orthodontics at St. Louis University.
In 1986, Dr. Parker joined the practice of Robert Day, D.D.S., to be the first female orthodontist in St. Joseph, MO. After more than 10 years of practice in St. Joseph, Dr. Parker continues to be a leader in progressive Orthodontic care. She is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists and the Missouri Dental Association. She gives back to the community by helping all the local high schools with fundraisers, donating to school auctions and sponsoring several ball teams
Dr. Parker’s mission is to provide Patient-Centered Orthodontic Care.  She has dedicated herself to the highest quality care and services. Dr. Parker and her team undertake this effort while being an ethical and honest practice with the highest integrity in dealing with patients, community, suppliers, and most of all, with her employees.
