Welcome to my web page. I am happy for this opportunity to introduce myself to you and share with you a little bit of my background. Biography I was born and raised in the Philippines where I earned my degree in medicine and practiced internal medicine initially. I moved on to Ob/Gyn for several years. Then I was called to serve in the field as a missionary physician to Thailand. I came to America to gain more knowledge in medicine and was fortunate to get training in psychiatry at Loma Linda University. About my practice The experiences in different specialties in medicine helped me understand the needs of every human being for a healthy existence. I am so lucky to be a part of Kaiser Permanente and the philosophy of health it promotes. How I thrive In spite of my busy schedule as a medical care provider, I try to balance my life by spending quality time with my family, nurturing my child and her gift in music, and watching sports and entertainment where she performs. We also love to travel and see places and learn about a place's history. Above all take time to exercise and eat healthy.
