Dr. Kim joined Tier Orthopedics in 1977 after graduating from Seoul National University and Seoul National Medical School, and serving as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic surgery. Dr. Kim is a clinical professor at SUNY – Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. He is a member of the New York State Orthopedic Society, and also serves as Section Chief of Orthopedic surgery at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton.
