Dr. Mosier is a Kansas native from Herington. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1979 with honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Professional Studies. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Kansas School. He completed a five year orthopedic surgery residency training program at the Pennsylvania State University Hershey Medical Center. This was followed by an AO Trauma Fellowship in Chur, Switzerland. He has been a member of the Southeast Kansas Orthopedic Clinic since 1988. Dr. Mosier is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons in General Orthopaedics and in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is also a member of several orthopedic organizations including the Mid-American Orthopaedic Association and the Arthroscopic Association of North America. Dr. Mosier is on active medical staff at Labette Health, Parsons, KS. He is on courtesy medical staff at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center, Coffeyville, KS; Mt. Carmel Medical Center, Pittsburg, KS; Girard Medical Center, Girard, KS. Dr. Mosier provides general orthopedic care. His clinical interests are in sports medicine, joint replacement, and trauma.
