Dr. Neaman graduated from the Oregon Health and Sciences University in 2007. Dr. Neaman works in Salem, OR and specializes in Plastic Surgery. I have traveled and trained around the country and the globe to bring the newest and innovated techniques to the Salem and Portland Oregon area. I have had extensive training in all aspects of plastic surgery and offer a wide variety of facial, breast, and body aesthetic procedures. As a plastic surgeon I strongly believe in educating patients about their options and helping them choose a surgical plan that will allow them to look and feel the way they desire.
