Dr. Jefferson specializes in Mohs surgery, nail disease, medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is board certified in Dermatology and Mohs surgery. She then completed her residency training in Dermatology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Jefferson completed fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology at the world-renowned dermatology department of the University of British Columbia. She is the only dermatologic surgeon in the nation to have this combination of training. Dr. Jefferson is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery and a member of the Council for Nail Disorders.
