Dr. Joseph F. Burke, Jr. specializes in medical and surgical retina management. He is an expert in diabetic eye care management. he utilizes the latest "No Stitch" cataract removal technique using topical eye drop anesthesia. Dr. Burke is a board certified fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Medical Association, Massachusetts Medical Society, and Massachusetts Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Burke attended college at Boston University and graduated with a BA degree in Biology. He attended John Hopkins University, School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD where he obtained his M.D. degree in 1972.
