He also completed a fellowship at the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program at the University of Washington School of Medicine from 1980-1982. his emergency medicine specialty, Dr. Yergan is also board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Yergan is very interested in Health Services Research, especially in issues of quality of care and access to care. In his hours away from the emergency department, he enjoys hiking and is an avid sailor.
