I believe counseling is a collaborative effort. ?You are the expert on yourself you know what you have been through and things you have tried to make things better. I consider myself a generalist so am comfortable addressing several issues including depression, anxiety, behavior issues, grief and loss, adjustment issues, anger, conflict in relationships as well as other issues.
