Dr. John P. Finucane, D.D.S. Dental School: Marquette University Degree: DDS Number of years in practice: 36 My family dentist, newly acquired after my sophomore year of electrical engineering, inspired me to change my major into dentistry. After many painful dental experiences with my previous dentists, I personally realized the value of painless, personalized dental care. What do you like most about dentistry? Dentistry gives me the ability to express myself as an educator and a craftsman. I enjoy watching a patient's attitude start out defensive and totally turn around. Seeing that patient become an excellent referral source because they are happy about their teeth and dental care is my goal. What are your interests outside of work? I enjoy photography, piano & keyboards, bass violin, 40's swing, golf and motorcycle touring.
