Dr. Kurtz completed his Pain Fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has a special interest in chronic reflex sympathetic dystrophy (complex regional pain syndrome). As an anesthesia trained physician, Dr. Kurtz is qualified to perform a variety of pain injections as well as radio frequency ablations, pain pump insertions and spinal cord stimulators.
