Brief Intro

Dr. Jeff McMillin is a native of Sullivan County and has been a practicing dentist in Bristol for the past 29 years. After graduating with honors from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 1978, he acquired his doctorate of dental surgery (DDS) from University of Tennessee Memphis in 1981. He is a member of the Tennessee Dental Association as well as the American Dental Association. Dr. McMillin and his wife of 32 years, Debbie, have been active members of the Bristol community. The community is a part of their family, and Dr. McMillin's volunteer work at the area free clinic "Healing Hands," coaching of youth sports, and Debbie's eight years of service on the city school board are ways of giving back. Family is important to Dr. McMillin, which extends into his practice philosophy, and he recognizes that success comes with treating his patients like family. Dr. McMillin is proud of his two adult children, Bart and Sara, as well as his son-in-law Rett. He is especially excited about his first grandchild, Colton Stocstill, born in February 2011. As an avid outdoorsman, he was appointed to the commission of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency in 2009, where he is serving a six year term. (His office design allows patients to enjoy a view of a wildlife aviary from each exam room.) His personal interests consist of hunting, fishing, snow skiing, officiating high school football and spending time with his family.
