Dr. Jeffrey Uzzle is a board certified physician whose undergraduate study and medical degree were completed at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. An internship and residency at the University of Louisville Frazier Rehabilitation Center, in Louisville, Kentucky provided further expertise. Dr. Uzzle is a fellow in the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and uses this specialty to focus on improvement in overall function and quality of life for his patients.
